Job Purpose
Manage and successfully deliver assigned IT projects and solutions in compliance with QR IT standards and processes.
Deliver defined business requirements within agreed timescales and cost.
Lead projects from initiation to closure, technical delivery, support, and solution enhancement.
Contribute to business-IT strategy and IT budgeting for the assigned line of business.
Project Delivery
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects from inception through hypercare and transition to support.
- Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and delivery roadmaps.
- Establish governance, milestones, dependencies, and release plans.
- Ensure delivery within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
- Drive resolution of project issues, blockers, and escalations.
Agile and Team Coordination
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Manage product backlog execution with Product Owners and business stakeholders.
- Track sprint velocity, burndown, team capacity, and release readiness.
