About the role
Deliver talent assessment tools and services across Qatar Airways Group.
Translate competency frameworks into selection and development frameworks that support hiring and talent optimization.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Business Psychology Strategy and champion assessment services.
- Champion evidence-based selection and define stakeholder roles and performance expectations.
- Provide talent insights, data, and recommendations for business, safety-critical, and pilot roles.
- Support HR teams with assessment best practices, results, and selection decisions.
- Guide assessment criteria, matrices, scores, and results for selection and development.
- Deliver training or coaching on business psychology and assessment activities.
- Use job analysis and competency modelling to identify technical and behavioural competencies.
- Assist with assessments across roles and conduct pilot recruitment interviews and assessment centers.
- Train stakeholders on the ethical use of assessment tools.
Qualifications and experience
- Minimum 6 years of job-related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology or an equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
