Job Purpose
Provide professional Human Resources support to the Line Manager.
Contribute to HR strategy across recruitment, organizational design, retention, reward, and employee engagement.
Guide and coach line managers on HR policies, procedures, and processes.
Operational Responsibilities
- Advise line managers on implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Drive the HR agenda with the Line Manager and implement agreed actions.
- Provide HR support, documentation, and approval-process assistance.
- Assist with job descriptions and recruitment approvals.
- Manage HR communications and knowledge sharing.
- Implement performance, disciplinary, and absence-management policies.
- Support performance evaluation and development planning.
- Advise on pay, remuneration, promotions, and transfers.
- Communicate HR policies and processes to the business.
- Facilitate HR and management training and coaching.
- Manage employee changes and salary increases outside the recruitment department.
- Research HR best practices, prepare reports, maintain records, and perform related departmental duties.
