- Manage the complete lifecycle of interior fit out projects from mobilization to final handover
- Develop and monitor project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with Design, Planning, Procurement, Commercial, QA/QC, HSE, and Site teams
- Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and technical specifications
- Monitor project progress, manpower utilization, procurement activities, and subcontractor performance
- Conduct regular progress meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Manage project costs, variation orders, claims, and commercial issues
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, HSE regulations, and Saudi building codes
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions
- Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports and ensure successful testing, commissioning, snagging, and project handover
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering commercial, hospitality, residential, retail, corporate office, and luxury interior fit out projects within the KSA market
- Strong technical expertise in project execution, planning, commercial coordination, and client management

Overview
- The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the execution of interior fit out projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, ensuring successful delivery from project award through final handover. The role requires strong technical expertise in project execution, planning, commercial coordina
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of interior fit out projects from mobilization to final handover.
- Develop and monitor project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely project completion.
- Coordinate with Design, Planning, Procurement, Commercial, QA/QC, HSE, and Site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and technical specifications before site execution.
- Monitor project progress, manpower utilization, procurement activities, and subcontractor performance.
- Conduct regular progress meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- Manage project costs, variation orders, claims, and commercial issues in coordination with the Commercial and Quantity Surveying teams.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, HSE regulations, and Saudi building codes.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays and cost overruns.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports and ensure successful testing, commissioning, snagging, and project handover.
