- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the Interior Fit Out sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, architects, PMCs, corporate clients, and government entities
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, client meetings, and market research
- Source and monitor tender opportunities from developers, consultants, and online portals
- Prepare capability presentations, commercial proposals, and prequalification documents
- Coordinate with Estimation, Design, and Commercial teams for timely submission of competitive proposals
- Negotiate commercial terms and support contract finalization with clients
- Conduct regular market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects
- Maintain an updated CRM database and prepare weekly sales pipeline and business development reports
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums
- Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and business growth objectives

Role Overview
- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities for DecoVision's Interior Fit Out division & joinery vision factory.
- The role focuses on developing strong relationships with developers, consultants, architects, project management consultants (PMCs), corporate clients, and key stakeholders to generate profitable fit out projects.
- The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the company's market presence, achieving sales targets, and contributing to sustainable business growth.
