Its work includes F&B units, retail shops in malls, complete MEP-integrated interiors, civil works, carpentry, and other in-house trades.
Role Overview
Manage interior construction projects from inception or mobilization through completion and handover.
The role focuses on F&B and retail fit-out projects and requires strong understanding of MEP systems and coordination.
The project manager is responsible for execution quality, client satisfaction, timely delivery, and project oversight.
Project Delivery
- Oversee the full interior construction process from mobilization to handover.
- Lead planning and execution of MEP works in compliance with authority regulations, timelines, and technical standards.
- Independently manage projects from start to finish.
Clients and Teams
- Act as the main client representative through face-to-face meetings, site reviews, and regular communication.
