About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage design, planning, installation and maintenance of civil works, cable laying and associated works for deploying Long Haul, FTTH/FTTX, FDH, ISP and OSP for all fixed network projects
- Implement project SOW, SLA, KPIs, and prepare resource plans, budgets, business plans, risk assessments, and delivery plans
- Lead Project Management Department and ensure proper planning, implementation, monitoring and successful delivery of projects
- Administer project plan and ensure delivery of multiple FTTP projects to time, cost and quality
- Manage client relationships including Tier 1 Contractors and Local Authorities
- Identify and manage critical path for build
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders
- Manage project resources including personnel and equipment
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout project lifecycle
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience, preferably in telecommunications within KSA
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities
- Proficient in project management tools and software
- PMP certification is a plus

Job Description
- XAD Technologies LTD is a leading provider of innovative fixed network solutions for businesses across the KSA.
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh.
- You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of our fixed network projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage design, planning, installation and maintenance of civil works, cable Laying and associated works for deploying long Haul, FTTH/FTTX, FDH, Inside Plant (ISP) and Outside Plant (OSP) for all fixed network projects.
- Implementation of all projects SOW, SLA, KPIs and preparation and implementation of Resources Plan, budget, business plan, Project implementation plans, risk assessment, plans, contingencies and projects delivery plans.
- Lead Project Management Department and ensure proper planning, implementation, monitoring and successful delivery of projects up to client expectations.
- Administer the project plan and ensures delivery of multiple FTTP projects to time, cost and quality in a safe and compliant way.
- Client management including Tier 1 Contractors, Local Authorities.
- Identifies and manages the critical path for build.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders.
- Manage project resources, including personnel and equipment.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the telecommunications industry within KSA.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- PMP certification is a plus.
