- Lead end to end planning, execution, and delivery of large scale national programs aligned with government priorities
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, communication strategies, and escalation frameworks
- Oversee multiple workstreams including Information Systems, Legal & Policy Frameworks, and National Awareness Campaigns
- Drive national rollout programs with phased execution across technical, legal, and public engagement streams
- Define and manage RACI matrices to ensure clear ownership and accountability across stakeholders
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations to ensure successful delivery
- Engage with senior stakeholders including government entities, legal authorities, IT teams, and external consultants
- Manage budgets, resources, and delivery timelines for multi million dollar programs
- Monitor progress and provide clear, consistent reporting to senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification highly desirable
- 15+ years of experience in managing large scale projects in financial services, taxation, or public sector domains
- Strong experience in ERP or national system implementations preferred
- Proven track record in delivering multi year national transformation or regulatory programs
- Strong expertise in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and governance frameworks

Role Overview
