Role Overview
Manage and oversee company projects and facility operations across UAE locations.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, Civil Defence regulations, Municipality standards, and other statutory authority requirements.
Drive operational efficiency, cost control, safety compliance, and timely infrastructure project delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or Construction.
- Five to ten years of project and facility management experience in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE Fire and Life Safety Code.
- Experience handling authority approvals in the UAE.
- NEBOSH or IOSH certification is preferred.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Project Management
- Plan and execute fit-out, renovation, maintenance, and infrastructure projects.
- Obtain approvals from Municipality, Civil Defence, and other relevant authorities.
- Ensure contractor compliance with UAE building codes and HSE standards.
- Coordinate authority inspections and approvals before project handover.
- Manage project budgets, BOQs, tendering, and contractor payments.
- Ensure works comply with the UAE Fire and Life Safety Code.
Facility Operations and Maintenance
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, electrical and MEP, plumbing and drainage, fire alarm and firefighting systems, elevators, and access control systems.
- Maintain Civil Defence certificates, trade-license-related facility compliance, and annual maintenance contracts.
- Monitor utility usage and coordinate with ADDC and DEWA.
- Manage building insurance documentation.
Health, Safety and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law requirements for working conditions and safety.
- Implement HSE policies aligned with UAE regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and safety drills.
- Coordinate annual fire drills with Civil Defence.
- Maintain emergency evacuation plans.
- Ensure first aid and fire warden training for staff.
Vendor and Contract Management
- Source and manage FM contractors that comply with UAE regulations.
- Review contracts and service-level agreements.
- Ensure contractors hold valid trade licenses and insurance.
- Monitor contractor HSE compliance and site safety.
Documentation and Coordination
- Maintain Civil Defence approvals, Municipality permits, inspection certificates, AMC contracts, and equipment warranties.
- Act as company liaison with Municipality, Civil Defence, utility authorities, landlords, and property management companies.
Key Performance Indicators
Maintain valid Civil Defence certifications and avoid major HSE violations.
Deliver projects within approved budgets and achieve at least 95% preventive maintenance compliance.
Avoid authority penalties or fines and reduce utility costs year over year.

Compensation
- Pay is AED 7,000 to AED 12,000 per month.
