Role Purpose and Summary

Product Delivery

• Deliver orders accurately and on time.
• Handle cakes, flowers, chocolates, and other products carefully.
• Maintain correct temperature and packaging safety.
• Confirm delivery with the customer and collect proof of delivery by signature or photo.
• Handle cash-on-delivery when assigned.
• Escalate delays immediately.

Staff and Event Transportation

• Transport staff for events, pop-ups, and corporate functions.
• Follow pickup and drop-off schedules.
• Ensure staff arrive on time.
• Support logistics during events.

Vehicle Care and Maintenance

• Perform daily vehicle inspections.
• Check tires, brakes, lights, and fuel.
• Keep the vehicle clean inside and outside.
• Report breakdowns immediately and follow the servicing schedule.

Safety and Compliance

• Follow UAE traffic laws and drive defensively.
• Do not use a mobile phone while driving.
• Follow the company's zero-tolerance policy for speeding.
• Wear the required uniform and identification.
• Follow company safety policies.

Documentation and Customer Interaction

• Maintain trip logs, fuel records, and delivery records.
• Submit daily reports and record incidents.
• Greet customers politely and use professional language.
• Do not argue with customers and report customer feedback.

Asset Protection and Conduct

• Prevent product damage and protect the company vehicle from theft or misuse.
• Report for duty on time, inform the supervisor of leave, follow the roster, and maintain grooming standards.

Tools and Technology

• Use GPS navigation and delivery tracking applications.
• Use the assigned company vehicle and fuel cards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A valid UAE driving license is required.
• Good knowledge of city routes is required.
• Basic English communication is required.
• Time management and a customer-friendly attitude are required.
• The role requires responsible, calm, honest, safety-focused, and team-oriented behavior.

Work Conditions and Reporting

• The role is field-based and involves outdoor work.
• The role may require long hours during peak seasons and weekend or holiday duties.
• The driver reports to the Fleet Supervisor and coordinates with Sales, Florists, Kitchen, and Events teams.
