- Lead end to end delivery of enterprise software, cloud, and digital transformation projects
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with business objectives
- Manage relationships with executive sponsors, customers, business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners
- Lead governance forums, steering committees, project reviews, and executive reporting
- Lead cross functional teams including business analysts, developers, architects, QA engineers, infrastructure specialists, and consultants
- Champion the adoption of modern technologies, cloud platforms, automation, and AI driven solutions
- Manage relationships with technology vendors, implementation partners, subcontractors, and strategic alliances
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
- 8+ years of experience managing enterprise software, cloud, or digital transformation projects
- Previous technical background in software development, engineering, infrastructure, cloud, or solution delivery
- Proven experience managing large scale, multi vendor, cross functional programs
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications preferred

Position Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex enterprise software, cloud, AI, and digital transformation initiatives.
- The successful candidate will combine strong leadership, technical understanding, operational excellence, stakeholder management, and execution discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end to end delivery of enterprise software, cloud, and digital transformation projects.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
- Drive execution, remove blockers, and maintain delivery momentum across multiple workstreams.
- Monitor project performance and proactively manage risks, issues, and change requests.
- Manage relationships with executive sponsors, customers, business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners.
- Lead governance forums, steering committees, project reviews, and executive reporting.
- Facilitate decision making, alignment, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare high quality project documentation, status reports, presentations, RAID logs, and governance artefacts.
- Lead cross functional teams including business analysts, developers, architects, QA engineers, infrastructure specialists, and consultants.
- Manage resource planning, utilization, performance, and delivery capacity.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience managing enterprise software, cloud, or digital transformation projects.
- Previous technical background in software development, engineering, infrastructure, cloud, or solution delivery.
- Proven experience managing large scale, multi vendor, cross functional programs.
