Responsibilities
- Lead customer discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and design thinking sessions
- Design enterprise AI solutions using LLMs, including AI copilots, AI assistants, AI agents, and intelligent workflow automation
- Design intuitive enterprise web and mobile applications applying Human Centered Design principles
- Produce high quality documentation including BRDs, FRDs, SRS, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Process Maps, BPMN 2.0 Diagrams, Wireframes, and Use Cases
- Analyze current (As Is) and design optimized (To Be) business processes using BPMN
- Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to design scalable enterprise solutions
- Use Claude Code and modern AI development tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, and solution design
- Conduct executive presentations and solution demonstrations, and support pre sales engagements
- Work closely with Agile delivery teams throughout implementation, clarifying requirements and validating functionality
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Information Systems
- 4–8 years of professional experience in Business Analysis, Technical Business Analysis, Solution Design, Product Analysis, Product Management, Solution Consulting, or Software Engineering
- Hands on experience with Human Centered Design, Design Thinking, UX, Customer Journey Mapping, Wireframing, and Workflow Design
- Experience with BPMN 2.0, Business Process Mapping, Process Reengineering, and Workflow Automation
- Strong understanding of modern software engineering principles including React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, REST APIs, JSON, SQL, and enterprise application architecture
- Hands on experience with Claude Code, Prompt Engineering, and AI assisted development tools
- Experience with Figma, FigJam, Miro, Lucidchart, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Microsoft Office

About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Design Business Analyst with a strong Computer Science or Software Engineering background to bridge business strategy, user experience, AI, and software engineering.
- This is a hybrid role that combines Business Analysis, AI Solution Design, Human Centered Design, Application Design, and Product Thinking.
Business Discovery & Consulting
- Lead customer discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and design thinking sessions.
- Understand business objectives, operational challenges, and user needs.
- Gather, analyze, validate, and prioritize business and technical requirements.
- Facilitate requirement workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for digital transformation, automation, and AI adoption.
- Translate business challenges into innovative technology solutions.
AI Solution Design
- Design enterprise AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Design AI copilots, AI assistants, AI agents, and intelligent workflow automation.
- Identify opportunities for Generative AI across business processes.
- Define AI workflows, knowledge architecture, and user interactions.
- Design Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Recommend AI technologies based on business objectives.
- Define AI governance, security, and responsible AI considerations.
Application Design & User Experience
- Design intuitive enterprise web and mobile applications.
- Apply Human Centered Design (HCD) principles throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Create user journeys, customer journeys, personas, and service blueprints.
- Design application workflows, navigation models, and interaction flows.
- Create low fidelity wireframes and functional prototypes using Figma.
- Review and improve application usability and accessibility.
- Collaborate with UX designers to deliver intuitive, user centered experiences.
- Ensure solutions balance business goals, technical feasibility, and exceptional user experience.
Business Analysis & Process Design
- Produce high quality documentation including BRDs, FRDs, SRS, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Functional Specifications, Process Maps, BPMN 2.0 Diagrams, Wireframes, Use Cases, Personas, Gap Analysis, Executive Presentations, and SOPs.
Business Process Mapping
- Analyze current (As Is) business processes.
- Design optimized (To Be) business processes.
- Develop BPMN process maps and workflow diagrams.
- Identify bottlenecks and process improvement opportunities.
- Define business rules and decision logic.
- Recommend workflow automation using AI and enterprise technologies.
- Facilitate process redesign workshops.
Solution Design & Technical Collaboration
- Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to design scalable enterprise solutions.
- Define functional and non functional requirements.
- Review technical feasibility and solution architecture.
- Design API integration requirements.
- Support solution architecture reviews.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure alignment between product vision, UX, and engineering implementation.
AI Productivity & Prompt Engineering
- Use Claude Code and modern AI development tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, and solution design.
- Design and optimize prompts for business analysis, software engineering, and enterprise AI applications.
- Build reusable prompt libraries and AI assisted workflows.
- Evaluate AI generated outputs for quality, accuracy, and business relevance.
- Apply AI to generate requirements, documentation, process maps, presentations, and technical artifacts.
- Promote AI best practices across delivery teams.
Customer Engagement
- Conduct executive presentations and solution demonstrations.
- Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and product discovery meetings.
- Participate in pre sales engagements and proof of concept initiatives.
- Support proposal development and solution estimation.
- Build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Delivery Support
- Work closely with Agile delivery teams throughout implementation.
- Clarify requirements for engineering teams.
- Participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and UAT.
- Validate completed functionality against business requirements.
- Support production releases and customer acceptance testing.
