Position Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and delivery focused Project Delivery Executive to support the successful execution of enterprise software, AI, cloud, and digital transformation projects.
  • This is a hands on execution role for someone who thrives on driving momentum, maintaining governance, and ensuring that every commitment is delivered on time.
  • The successful candidate will act as the operational backbone of project delivery—coordinating teams, managing project documentation, conducting demonstrations, tracking deliverables, driving follow ups, managing sign off gates, and ensuring no project milestone or customer SLA is missed.

Project Delivery & Execution

  • Coordinate day to day execution across multiple enterprise software and digital transformation projects.
  • Drive project schedules, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and execution plans.
  • Maintain project momentum through disciplined follow ups and proactive stakeholder engagement.
  • Identify delivery risks early and drive timely resolution before they impact schedules.
  • Ensure project activities remain aligned with agreed scope, timelines, and quality expectations.
  • Maintain complete visibility of project health, priorities, blockers, and next actions.

Task Tracking & Follow up

  • Own project action trackers and ensure every task has an owner, due date, and completion status.
  • Conduct daily follow ups with engineering, QA, UI/UX, infrastructure, business, and customer teams.
  • Escalate overdue actions before they impact project delivery.
  • Drive accountability across cross functional teams.
  • Ensure no critical task remains untracked or unresolved.

Documentation & Governance

  • Serve as the custodian of all project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and maintain: Project Plans, Project Charters, Meeting Minutes, RAID Logs, Decision Logs, Change Requests, Sprint Reports, Status Reports, Risk Registers, Action Trackers, Acceptance Documents, Handover Documentation.
  • Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, version controlled, and audit ready.
  • Maintain full traceability across requirements, development, testing, deployment, and production.

Sign off & Stage Gate Management

  • Own the end to end project sign off process.
  • Coordinate customer and internal approvals at every project milestone.
  • Manage Functional, Technical, Security, UAT, Deployment, Production, and Go Live sign offs.
  • Ensure no project progresses to the next phase without satisfying defined quality gates.
  • Track pending approvals and proactively engage stakeholders to avoid delays.
  • Maintain a complete audit trail of approvals, decisions, and acceptance records.

Customer Demonstrations & Presentations

  • Conduct product demonstrations and solution walkthroughs for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Support workshops, training sessions, sprint reviews, and user acceptance activities.
  • Prepare executive presentations, steering committee decks, and project progress reports.
  • Communicate project status professionally to both business and technical audiences.
  • Capture customer feedback and coordinate follow up actions with delivery teams.

Governance & Reporting

  • Prepare weekly and monthly project reports for executive leadership.
  • Maintain project dashboards showing progress, risks, milestones, sign off status, and SLA health.
  • Coordinate steering committee meetings and governance reviews.
  • Ensure every meeting concludes with documented decisions, owners, and due dates.
  • Produce concise, executive quality documentation and presentations.

SLA & Delivery Assurance

  • Monitor project milestones, contractual commitments, and customer SLAs continuously.
  • Proactively identify risks that may impact delivery commitments.
  • Drive mitigation plans before issues become escalations.
  • Ensure customer commitments are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Foster a delivery first culture where accountability, responsiveness, and execution are non negotiable.
  • Maintain a zero avoidable SLA breach mindset through proactive planning, follow up, and escalation.

Cross Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Infrastructure teams, and Customers.
  • Coordinate sprint planning, release schedules, testing cycles, deployment readiness, and production support activities.
  • Ensure effective communication between technical and business stakeholders.
  • Build strong working relationships across internal teams and customer organizations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO, Delivery Management, Customer Success, or Technology Consulting.
  • Experience supporting enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, or digital transformation projects.
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
