Unicorn Lab is seeking an AI Solution Design Analyst to bridge business strategy with technical implementation in Dubai. You will conduct discovery workshops, design AI solutions using LLMs, and create requirements documents.

Responsibilities
- Conduct customer discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to analyze business processes and pain points
- Design enterprise AI solutions using Large Language Models, including AI copilots, agents, and RAG solutions
- Prepare and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS)
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Engineering teams to design scalable enterprise applications and API integration specifications
- Use Claude Code and modern AI development tools to accelerate solution design, documentation, and technical analysis
- Conduct solution demonstrations and product walkthroughs for executive stakeholders
- Support Agile delivery teams throughout implementation, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, and UAT
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems
- 3–7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Technical Business Analysis, Solution Design, Product Analysis, Solution Consulting, or Software Engineering
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and understanding of enterprise application architecture
- Hands on experience with Claude Code, Prompt Engineering, and AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, etc.)
- Experience producing BRDs, FRDs, SRS, user stories, process flows, and solution design documents
- Proficiency with design and collaboration tools: Figma, Miro, Lucidchart, Visio, Draw.io
- Experience with project tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Microsoft Office

About the Role
- We are looking for an experienced AI Solution Design Business Analyst with a strong Software Engineering or Computer Science background to bridge business strategy with technical implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Discovery & Consulting: Conduct customer discovery workshops, analyze business processes, gather requirements, facilitate design thinking workshops
- AI Solution Design: Design enterprise AI solutions using LLMs, define AI use cases, design AI copilots, agents, and RAG solutions
- Business Analysis: Prepare BRDs, FRDs, SRS, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, BPMN diagrams, wireframes, personas, gap analysis, solution design documents
- Solution Design: Collaborate with Solution Architects, design scalable enterprise applications, create API integration specifications
- AI Productivity & Prompt Engineering: Use Claude Code and modern AI tools to accelerate solution design, design and optimize prompts, build reusable prompt libraries
- Customer Engagement: Conduct solution demonstrations, present recommendations, participate in presales workshops
- Delivery Support: Support Agile delivery teams, clarify requirements, participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and UAT
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems
- 3–7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Technical Business Analysis, Solution Design, Product Analysis, Solution Consulting, or Software Engineering
Required Technical Skills
- Business Analysis: Requirements elicitation, business process analysis, user story creation, functional specification writing, gap analysis, process mapping, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation
- Software Engineering: Strong fundamentals, enterprise application architecture, REST APIs, JSON, SQL, databases, system integrations, SDLC, Agile/Scrum
- AI & Prompt Engineering: Hands on with Claude Code, Prompt Engineering, Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Gemini, AI agents, LLMs, RAG, MCP concepts, tool/function calling, AI workflow design
- Documentation: BRDs, FRDs, SRS, SOPs, user stories, process flows, solution design documents, executive presentations, technical specifications
- Design & Collaboration Tools: Figma, Miro, Lucidchart, Microsoft Visio, Draw.io
- Project Tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing enterprise AI solutions or AI copilots
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google AI platforms
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud services
- Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, security, and privacy
- Experience with workflow automation platforms
- Experience in government, healthcare, financial services, legal technology, or enterprise SaaS
- Familiarity with UX principles and human centered design
