Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Dubai.
The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely completion while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
Responsibilities include planning project timelines, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, managing logistics, expediting tasks, and conducting inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements.
The role also involves problem-solving and ensuring optimal utilization of resources within assigned budgets.
Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor roles for timely completion of tasks
- Strong skills in Inspection and quality assurance processes
- Expertise in Logistics Management and coordinating supply chain activities
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and teams effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with the interior design industry and relevant project workflows (preferred but not mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Interior Design, or related field
