Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Head in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and corporate sectors
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, online platforms, and industry events
- Schedule and attend client meetings, site visits, and project discussions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, developers, and property management companies
- Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into business opportunities
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design team to develop suitable solutions
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, quotations, and tender submissions
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and promote repeat business opportunities
- Liaise with design, estimation, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate project costing and proposal preparation
- Monitor project progress and support smooth handover from sales to project execution teams
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within Interior Design or Fit Out
