About the Role
Tint Tone and Shade is looking for a Senior Interior Designer in Dubai to handle end-to-end design execution for residential and luxury interior projects. The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and knowledge of Dubai regulations.

- Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts
- Create functional and aesthetically strong interior design solutions
- Work on residential and luxury interior projects from concept to execution
- Prepare detailed drawings including layout plans, electrical and lighting drawings, ceiling and flooring layouts, joinery and furniture detailing
- Ensure drawings are accurate, execution ready, and aligned with site requirements
- Create high quality 3D designs and renders
- Present concepts and designs to clients with clear explanations
- Make design revisions based on client feedback
- Understand client requirements, preferences, and budget
- Translate client needs into practical and creative design solutions
- Manage client expectations throughout the design phase
- Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and vendors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design / Architecture or related field
- 5+ years of overall experience in interior design
- Experience in residential or luxury interiors preferred
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max with V Ray / Corona
- Revit (preferred)
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong knowledge of space planning, material selection, joinery detailing, lighting design, and BOQ preparation
- Understanding of Dubai authority approvals and regulations (DCD, DM, Trakhees, etc.)
- Familiarity with local vendors, materials, and sourcing
- Experience working with UAE based clients and projects

Role Overview
- We are looking for a creative and detail oriented Interior Designer / Senior Interior Designer to handle end to end design execution for residential and luxury interior projects in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of overall experience with strong technical expertise and the ability to translate concepts into execution ready designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts
- Create functional and aesthetically strong interior design solutions
- Work on residential and luxury interior projects from concept to execution

Dubai Market Knowledge (Mandatory)
- Understanding of Dubai authority approvals and regulations (DCD, DM, Trakhees, etc.)
