Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections during and after installation for residential interior projects
- Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, material specifications, design intent, and company standards
- Review installation quality across joinery, furniture, finishes, fixtures, and overall detailing
- Identify installation defects, deviations, and coordinate corrective actions with execution teams
- Verify dimensions, alignments, leveling, finishing, and workmanship standards on site
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Site Execution, and Project Management teams to resolve quality concerns
- Conduct snagging and punch list inspections prior to client handover
- Maintain QC reports, inspection records, and closure documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in Design & Installation QC, Interior Fit Out, Residential Interiors, or Site Quality/design coordination
- Strong knowledge of joinery, site execution, finishing standards, and installation processes
- Expertise in luxury residential interiors, space planning, detailing, and material application
- Ability to read and interpret working drawings and technical details
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and QC documentation processes

Role Overview
- We are looking for an Installation QC to ensure seamless execution and installation quality across residential interior projects.
- The role will be responsible for monitoring on site installation activities, maintaining quality standards, ensuring design compliance, and delivering projects as per approved specifications and timelines.
- Reviewing all design deliverables, validating technical accuracy, and ensuring designs are execution ready before final approvals and handover to execution teams.

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of joinery, site execution, finishing standards, and installation processes.
- Expertise in luxury residential interiors, space planning, detailing, and material application.
- Experience in inspecting luxury residential interior projects, reviewing working drawings, joinery details, and execution ready design packages.
- Ability to read and interpret working drawings and technical details.
- Strong problem solving and attention to detail.
- Understanding of design standards, quality benchmarks, and project coordination.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and QC documentation processes.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working on high end residential interior projects in UAE/GCC.
- Exposure to handover, snagging, and post installation quality processes.
