- Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary
- Manage project procurement and vendor relationships while ensuring contract compliance and quality standards
- Identify and manage risks and issues while devising contingency plans
- Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular reporting to stakeholders and senior management
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, adhering to regulatory compliance and company policies
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction, engineering, or elevator industry is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop detailed project plans and proficient in project management software
- Strong problem solving skills with the ability to anticipate and mitigate project risks
- Relevant educational background, such as a degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent would be advantageous
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced, multicultural work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
