- Drive and support a culture of safety throughout the organization
- Drive success of area modernization processes from booking to turnover
- Review P&L and financial reports to monitor branch performance and ensure budgetary goals
- Plan, direct, and prioritize elevator modernizations with area manpower needs
- Visit jobsites to survey and advise on modernization job progress
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers
- Implement and oversee strategic fade initiatives
- Assist with and provide approval for change orders, purchase orders, and other approvals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years directly related sales experience in the elevator or related industries preferred
- Proven success in B2B field sales
- Ability to write reports, contract proposals, and business correspondence
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

Education & Experience

What We Offer
- Salary range for Denver, CO: $203,000 $238,000.
