- Provide technical support and advice to the sales team during tendering and quotation phases
- Assist in preparation of technical documentation, presentations, and product specifications
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, and customer service to clarify technical aspects and resolve inquiries
- Support identification of customer needs through direct engagement and product demonstrations
- Maintain up to date knowledge of TK Elevator's product portfolio and industry standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing customer feedback and market insights
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality guidelines during sales support activities
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields) or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience in sales engineering, technical support, or related role within elevator, escalator, or building technology sectors preferred
- Strong problem solving skills and technical aptitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in technical software tools, MS Office applications; familiarity with CAD or similar design software is an advantage
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is beneficial but not mandatory

Role Summary
- As a MOD Sales Support Engineer, you will partner closely with the sales and engineering teams to deliver detailed technical assistance throughout the sales process.
- Your expertise will help bridge the gap between customer requirements and product capabilities, enabling effective solution proposals.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills
