Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and present technical proposals and product presentations to clients
- Analyze customer requirements and engineering specifications to provide accurate product configurations and solutions
- Serve as the technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle, ensuring seamless communication between customers, sales, and engineering teams
- Conduct feasibility studies and assist in estimating project costs and timelines
- Provide training and technical support to sales staff and customers on product features and installation considerations
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies
- Support the launch of new products by offering technical guidance and gathering customer feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Proven experience in a sales engineering role, preferably within the elevator, escalator, or building services industry
- Strong understanding of technical sales processes and ability to translate complex engineering concepts for clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CAD software, product configurators, and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced sales environment
- Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to the UAE market are advantageous

Qualifications & Skills
