Job Overview

  • Join TK Elevator UAE L.L.C as a MOD Sales Engineer in our dynamic Mod Sal DXB department based in Dubai.
  • This is a unique opportunity to be part of a globally recognized leader in elevator and escalator technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and present technical proposals and product presentations to potential and existing clients.
  • Analyze customer requirements and engineering specifications to provide accurate and efficient product configurations and solutions.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle, ensuring seamless communication between customers, sales representatives, and internal engineering teams.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and assist in estimating project costs and timelines alongside the sales team.
  • Provide training and technical support to sales staff and customers on product features, benefits, and installation considerations.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to position TK Elevator as a market leader.
  • Support the launch of new products by offering technical guidance and gathering customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Proven experience in a sales engineering role, preferably within the elevator, escalator, or building services industry.
  • Strong understanding of technical sales processes and the ability to translate complex engineering concepts into clear and compelling information for clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on collaboration and customer service.
  • Proficiency in utilizing CAD software, product configurators, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced sales environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to the UAE market are advantageous.
