About the Role

Position Overview
- The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of civil and structural steel construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project execution plans, construction methodologies, and work schedules.
- Direct and supervise all site construction activities related to civil, structural steel, architectural, and MEP interface works.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, review cost reports and cash flow forecasts.
- Review and submit claims for variations, extensions of time, disruption, and additional costs.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Promote a strong safety culture and conduct regular site safety inspections.
- Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
- Act as primary point of contact for clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors.
