Role Overview
Civil Construction Project Manager role focused on villa and residential projects in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate has UAE construction experience and can independently manage multiple construction activities and lead site teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
- 8–10 years of UAE construction experience.
- Extensive luxury or residential villa project experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction, structural works, finishing works, and MEP coordination.
- Experience managing projects from mobilization through completion and handover.
- Ability to manage site teams, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Technical and Professional Requirements
- Knowledge of UAE construction standards, authority requirements, HSE procedures, and quality standards.
- Understanding of project planning, scheduling, cost control, procurement, and material management.
- Experience coordinating with consultants and Abu Dhabi authorities is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6, AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant construction software.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
