Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of UAE experience in civil construction and project planning.
• Strong experience with building, villa, residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
• Primavera P6 proficiency is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, baseline programs, look-ahead schedules, recovery plans, and progress monitoring.
• Experience in critical path analysis, resource planning, delay analysis, and EOT claims.
• Good knowledge of UAE construction practices and contractual requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare baseline, look-ahead, recovery, and revised programs.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and management reports.
• Monitor manpower, equipment, and resource utilization against planned targets.
• Support EOT claims, delay analysis, and project performance reviews.
• Ensure planning activities comply with project and contractual requirements.
