Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and coordinate all departments.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve service and operational standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
- Manage budgets, expenses, revenue, and operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and hospitality regulations.
- Develop procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Coordinate with senior management, suppliers, and external partners.
- Monitor occupancy, room rates, and other hotel performance indicators.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest service.
Qualifications
- Three to five or more years of hotel management or senior hospitality experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, organizational, financial, and customer-service skills.
- A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English is typically expected, and additional languages are advantageous.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 15,000 to AED 18,000 per month.
