Responsibilities
- Implement strategic priorities of a project in terms of project planning, organizing and management of project budget and key stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, goals, and deliverables, and creating timelines and budgets
- Lead, motivate, and manage project teams, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and resolving conflicts
- Allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget
- Identify potential risks, assess their impact, and develop mitigation plans
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and senior management
- Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are completed within the allocated budget
- Track project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions
- Identify and resolve problems that arise during the project lifecycle
- Ensure that projects are completed successfully, deliverables are finalized, and project resources are released
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
- PMP Certification or similar project management certification
- Minimum 15 years of relevant project management experience in the construction industry in UAE

Overview
