Role Overview
Project Manager responsible for managing all phases of interior design projects, including new builds and refurbishments.
The role oversees teams, resources, timelines, schedules, compliance, quality assurance, budgets, financial management, and client interactions.
The position is full time and includes planning and organizing the design team's activities and project deliverables.
Project Management
- Lead multiple concurrent interior design projects from start to finish.
- Develop and manage project scope, budgets, schedules, resource allocation, programs, risks, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, address risks, and keep project programs current.
Team and Client Leadership
- Manage designers, architects, and consultants with clear communication channels.
- Provide design and technical guidance, conduct team meetings, and support creativity and sustainable initiatives.
- Act as the primary client contact, understand requirements, manage expectations, and build client relationships.
