Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end implementation projects and ensure timely, successful delivery.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, resource requirements, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate client requirements and translate them into implementation plans.
- Lead cross-functional teams of consultants, developers, and functional specialists.
- Monitor progress, deliverables, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
- Conduct status meetings and provide updates to management and clients.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Deliver projects within agreed scope, timeline, quality, and budget.
- Manage client expectations and stakeholder relationships.
- Coordinate requirements, solution design, configuration, customization, testing, training, and go-live.
- Manage change requests and impact assessments.
- Hand over completed projects to support and operations teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in project management, implementation management, or technology consulting.
- Experience managing multiple projects from initiation through completion.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and implementation processes.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings or project requirements when needed.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 6,000 to AED 11,000 per month.
Work Arrangement
- The job requires in-person work.
