Implementation Manager

The Implementation Manager will be responsible for managing the complete project lifecycle, from planning and requirements gathering through implementation, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

The role requires strong project management, stakeholder management, team coordination, and client-facing skills.

working with Zoho products and implementations will be an added advantage.

• Manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, resource requirements, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into implementation plans.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams including consultants, developers, and functional specialists.
• Monitor project progress, deliverables, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to management and clients.
• Identify potential project risks and issues and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timeline, quality, and budget.
• Manage client expectations and maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, customization, testing, training, and go-live activities.
• Review project documentation, deliverables, and implementation quality.
• Manage change requests and ensure appropriate impact assessment and approvals.
• Ensure effective communication between internal teams and clients.
• Support the resolution and escalation of critical project issues.
• Drive continuous improvement in project implementation processes and methodologies.
• Ensure proper project handover to support/operations teams after implementation.
