Role Overview
The HR Software Functional Consultant will implement, configure, and optimize HR software solutions for recruitment, payroll, performance management, employee records, and related functions.
The role works with business leaders, HR teams, and IT professionals to align HR software with organizational goals.
Requirements and Configuration
- Gather HR stakeholder requirements, understand business processes and challenges, document functional requirements, and translate them into system configurations.
- Configure and implement HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM according to business needs, HR policies, and processes.
Integration, Testing, and Training
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate HR software with enterprise, ERP, payroll, and finance systems.
- Conduct configuration testing and validation, identify issues during testing phases, and support their resolution.
- Train HR users and develop user guides and documentation.
Change and Ongoing Support
- Assist change management and support smooth adoption within HR teams during go-live and post-implementation.
