Role Overview
The Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out will manage and oversee fit-out projects from execution through completion and handover.
The role covers project delivery, client coordination, manpower and subcontractor management, quality, cost control, HSE compliance, and timely completion.
The work location is in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day execution of interior fit-out projects at client sites.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor schedules, manpower, materials, resources, budgets, costs, claims, and invoices.
- Manage site supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Identify risks, delays, and technical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate procurement and timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality, HSE, permits, and safety compliance.
- Prepare progress reports and provide updates to management and clients.
- Coordinate snagging, testing, commissioning, completion, and final handover.
- Maintain project drawings, approvals, permits, reports, and site records.
- Maintain client relationships and support additional project opportunities.
