What You Will Bring to the Team

Your Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business , / related field / equivalent experience.
• Added Advantage – PMI / PMP certification
• Min 5 years of Project Management experience delivering MES/MOM, IT/OT, and/or Controls and Automation solutions in manufacturing .
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with successful outcomes.
• Strong leadership, coaching, & mentorship skills to develop & empower high-performing teams.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills (English) with a focus on influencing stakeholders.
• Skilled at building relationships & fostering collaboration across diverse teams.
• High business acumen & a cross-functional mindset.
• Innovative, forward-thinking approach to improving processes & efficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
