Associate Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of project data, including financial metrics, budget tracking, resource allocation, and progress milestones.
• Financial Reporting : Prepare and deliver regular financial reports for projects, detailing budgetary status, expenditures, and financial forecasts.
• Risk Management : Identify financial risks and issues impacting project budgets; collaborate with the project team to develop and implement financial risk mitigation strategies.
• Cost Control: Implement effective cost control measures to ensure projects are executed within approved budgets.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance project management and financial processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation, including budget reports, cost estimates, and financial projections.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, finance teams, and other customer stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance checks on financial aspects of project deliverables to ensure alignment with project objectives and organisational standards.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are effectively managed and communicated.
• Project Status Reporting: Develop and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and issues, and proposing recommendations for resolution.
• Project Support: Provide support to the project management team in planning, executing, and monitoring small to medium-sized projects.
• Work Package Delivery: Execute assigned work packages and tasks according to project plans and timelines, ensuring adherence to quality standards and budget constraints.
• Professional Development: Actively seek opportunities to develop project management skills and knowledge, with the goal of advancing to a project manager role in the future
