The Opportunity
The client is a growing construction and project consulting company operating in the United Arab Emirates.
The company provides construction management, project delivery, and specialist consulting services.
The role is for an experienced Construction Project Manager or Construction Manager supporting major construction projects.
The position offers international career exposure in the UAE and wider GCC construction market.
The Role
The role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering construction projects from mobilisation through completion and handover.
The successful candidate will work with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
Projects are expected to meet safety, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead construction projects through all stages of delivery.
- Develop programmes, schedules, and project delivery plans.
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and specialist providers.
