Role Overview
The P&C Digital Solutions Senior Specialist joins the IMEA People & Culture team in Dubai.
The role manages complex and multi-currency payroll operations, annual increment and bonus cycles, HR reporting, and regional HR information systems.
The position supports accurate data, effective systems, timely service delivery, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to global and regional HR digital strategy and an integrated in-premise and cloud-based HR platform.
- Support HR processes including master data, organizational management, personnel administration, payroll, and time and attendance.
- Implement SAP HCM and Employee Central system changes, including requirements, UAT, change management, documentation, and communication.
- Support strategic HR projects such as global Employee Central implementation.
- Manage and reconcile monthly multi-currency payroll across MEA, India, and Bangladesh legal entities.
- Monitor, approve, and control payroll processing using the four-eyes principle.
- Lead internal and external payroll audits and support ICOFR and legal compliance.
- Manage HR digital tools and administer SAP HCM and Employee Central for approximately 1,000 or more employees.
- Review systems and processes for continuous improvement and digitization opportunities.
