Requirements
- Experience in HSE management at a senior level
- Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian HSE regulations

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's HSE strategy, objectives, and annual improvement plans aligned with business goals.
- Serve as the Management Representative for the HSE Management System, ensuring effective implementation and continual improvement.
- Lead implementation and compliance of the HSE Management System in accordance with ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015.
- Ensure all project operations comply with applicable Saudi regulations, client requirements, and company HSE policies.
- Maintain the company's HSE certifications and oversee internal and external audits, inspections, and corrective action programs.
- Advise executive management on HSE risk management, regulatory compliance, and strategic HSE initiatives.
- Develop, review, and approve HSE policies, safe work procedures, permit to work systems, risk assessments, and project specific HSE plans.
- Lead, mentor, and manage HSE teams across multiple projects, ensuring competency development and performance management.
- Participate in management review meetings to evaluate HSE performance.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities on HSE matters.
- Lead investigations into serious incidents, near misses, and environmental events.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify compliance and identify improvement opportunities.
