About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all project documentation in accordance with the Project File Index and Document Distribution Procedures
- Control the receipt, distribution, tracking, and filing of incoming and outgoing project documents, ensuring accurate records and acknowledgements
- Maintain and update document registers and logs for WIRs, MIRs, RFIs, NCRs, SORs, Method Statements, Damage Reports, IFC Drawings, and related project documentation
- Coordinate document submissions, including WIRs, MIRs, Method Statements, and Builder's Work Requests for consultant approvals
- Manage project documentation within Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), preferably Aconex, ensuring timely updates and document distribution
- Prepare project correspondence, letters, and reports as required by the Project Director or Project Manager
- Monitor overdue actions and coordinate with project teams and contractors to ensure timely document closure
- Maintain red line mark ups and project records to support engineering and construction teams
- Provide administrative support to the site office, including document control, employee records, office supplies, petty cash coordination, and general site administration
- Ensure compliance with the company's Quality Management System (QMS), Health, Safety & Environmental Management System (HSEMS), and Information Security Management System (ISMS)
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline; formal training in Document Control will be an added advantage
- 3–5 years of experience as a Document Controller within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), preferably Aconex
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining document accuracy and confidentiality
- A proactive team player with strong coordination and administrative skills
