Overview
Revive Renovation seeks a Project Engineer to support project planning, coordination, and execution for residential and commercial fitout projects. The role requires 5 years of experience, proficiency in MS Project, and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and tracking project execution from kickoff to handover
- Prepare and maintain project programs/schedules (MS Project or equivalent); update progress and flag delays
- Review architectural, joinery, and MEP drawings; coordinate revisions and approvals with design team
- Coordinate with in-house joinery factory, landscaping team, and external subcontractors on deliverables and timelines
- Track authority approval processes (Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees) and ensure documentation is submitted on time
- Assist with cost tracking - comparing actual spend against budget, flagging variations
- Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, and client/consultant correspondence
- Coordinate site visits, inspections, and quality checks alongside the Site Engineer/Supervisor
- Maintain organized project documentation: drawings, submittals, RFIs, variation orders, snag lists
- Support handover process - compiling as-built drawings, warranties, and O&M documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer in fitout, interior, or construction projects in the UAE
