Company and Workshop
Revive Craft Wood Works is the in-house joinery division of Revive Building Contracting LLC in Dubai.
The company delivers premium residential renovations, fit-outs, and villa projects across Dubai.
The workshop produces custom kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, TV units, and other bespoke joinery.
Role Overview
Coordinate day-to-day planning and operations for the joinery workshop.
Manage production and installation coordination across active renovation and fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain production and installation schedules across active projects.
- Coordinate project priorities, site readiness, and installation dates with Project Managers.
- Coordinate material requirements with Procurement and allocate materials to projects.
- Monitor workshop manpower and carpenter allocation by project.
- Maintain production updates and project records in project management software.
- Monitor production progress, deadlines, and potential delays.
- Conduct quality checks before dispatch and during site installation.
- Track actual material and labor costs against project budgets.
- Monitor and audit factory tools.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of UAE experience in joinery production.
- Good knowledge of kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, and custom joinery.
- Ability to read and understand shop drawings.
- Strong organization, coordination, and computer skills.
- Comfortable using Excel and project management software.
- Good English communication skills.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
- Combine practical joinery knowledge with strong planning, coordination, and computer skills.
Work Environment
- The role coordinates work in a joinery workshop and includes quality checks during site installation.
