Revive Building Contracting LLC is a Dubai-based contractor specializing in premium residential renovations, villa extensions, interior fit-outs, landscaping, and swimming pools.
Role Overview
The Site Engineer will supervise and coordinate residential renovation projects across Dubai.
The role is hands-on and involves daily site presence, subcontractor coordination, quality monitoring, and project reporting.
Site Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities, manpower, and subcontractors.
- Ensure works follow drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Plan daily and weekly activities and monitor project progress.
- Coordinate materials and deliveries with Procurement.
- Monitor workmanship, resolve site issues, and manage snagging.
- Upload daily timesheets and material requests using project management software.
- Provide regular progress updates to the Project Engineer and Project Manager.
Required Qualifications
- 0 to 3 or more years of experience in residential renovation, fit-out, or villa construction.
