Role Overview
Revive Building Contracting LLC is a Dubai-based contractor specializing in residential renovations, villa extensions, interior fit-outs, landscaping, pools, and joinery.
The company is seeking an experienced Project Engineer for its project and site team.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily site activities, manpower, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure work follows drawings, quality standards, and schedules.
- Coordinate civil, MEP, joinery, and finishing works.
- Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and report to the Project Manager.
- Manage snagging and project handover.
Requirements
- Degree in civil engineering, architecture, or an equivalent field.
- At least 3 years of UAE project or site experience in renovation and fit-out.
- Experience in joinery and landscape work is an advantage.
- Strong technical and site management skills.
- Ability to read and coordinate construction drawings.
- UAE driving license required.
