Revive Renovation is a Dubai-based contracting and renovation company specializing in high-end villa renovations, residential fit-outs, extensions, landscaping, swimming pools, and joinery works.
The role
The Project Engineer manages the day-to-day technical and site operations of assigned projects.
The role is responsible for safe, timely, high-quality, and budget-compliant project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Manage site activities and coordinate subcontractors and site teams.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements.
- Plan schedules and manpower, and monitor project progress.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor quality, workmanship, and compliance with HSE and site regulations.
- Prepare RFIs, inspection requests, approvals, technical submissions, and progress reports.
- Coordinate procurement and material requirements with the Procurement team.
- Track variations, assist with cost control, resolve technical issues, and complete project handover.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of UAE construction or fit-out experience.
