Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Manager located in Abu Dhabi.
The Construction Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, supervising construction teams, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders and consultants.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to oversee and guide construction teams effectively
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management for projects
- Expertise in Construction Safety regulations and protocols
- Comprehensive knowledge of Construction processes, techniques, and methodologies
- Experience with Project Control, including scheduling, coordination, and quality management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with construction software and tools is a plus
