- Lead full project lifecycle execution in line with contractual obligations
- Oversee planning, manpower allocation, procurement, and cost control
- Manage contractual and commercial matters, including FIDIC contracts and claims
- Ensure timely submission of progress payments and maintain positive cash flow
- Monitor project performance against approved programs and budgets
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, QA/QC, HSE, and Engineering teams
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities
- Drive risk management, delay notifications, and extension of time claims
- Oversee project close out, defect liability, and final account settlement

Role Overview
- James L Williams Middle East is seeking a highly experienced and commercially driven Project Director to lead and oversee the successful execution of major Data Center projects in Riyadh.
- This is a senior leadership position responsible for the full contractual, commercial, and operational delivery of projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and in full compliance with Quality and HSE standards.
