Job Description

  • Direct the planning, execution, and delivery of large scale capital projects within budget, schedule, and quality parameters
  • Develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies aligned with organizational objectives and industry best practices
  • Oversee facilities operations, maintenance planning, and optimization to ensure maximum asset utilization and cost efficiency
  • Manage project budgets, financial forecasting, and resource allocation with meticulous attention to detail
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate cross functional teams including project managers, engineers, contractors, and facilities staff
  • Analyze asset performance data and generate actionable insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Establish and maintain vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress and facilities management effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies across all project and operational activities
  • Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders through comprehensive reporting
  • Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive analysis and strategic planning
  • Customize asset management solutions to address organization specific requirements and operational challenges

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in asset management, facilities management, or related fields
  • 5+ years of demonstrated project management or project leadership experience
  • Proven track record managing large scale capital projects
  • Strong expertise in asset lifecycle management and facilities operations optimization
  • Advanced proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate diverse, multi disciplinary teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control
  • Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance planning, execution, and optimization strategies
  • Proficiency in risk management and mitigation strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience working in the UAE or GCC region
