About the Role

- Direct the planning, execution, and delivery of large scale capital projects within budget, schedule, and quality parameters
- Develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Oversee facilities operations, maintenance planning, and optimization to ensure maximum asset utilization and cost efficiency
- Manage project budgets, financial forecasting, and resource allocation
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate cross functional teams including project managers, engineers, contractors, and facilities staff
- Analyze asset performance data and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Establish and maintain vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
- Develop and monitor KPIs to track project progress and facilities management effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies
- Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive analysis and strategic planning
- Customize asset management solutions to address organization specific requirements
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive experience in asset management, facilities management, or related fields
- 5+ years of demonstrated project management or project leadership experience
- Proven track record managing large scale capital projects
- Strong expertise in asset lifecycle management and facilities operations optimization
- Advanced proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate diverse, multi disciplinary teams
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control
- Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance planning, execution, and optimization strategies
- Proficiency in risk management and mitigation strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in the UAE or GCC region
