Project Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of luxury hospitality, hotel, resort, and mixed-use development projects from design through handover.
  • Oversee site operations, construction management, and execution within approved scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
  • Coordinate consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop budgets, cost plans, cash flow forecasts, and value engineering initiatives.
  • Manage contract administration, claims, variations, and commercial performance.
  • Drive project governance, risk management, and mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, investors, operators, and development teams.
  • Monitor regulatory, health and safety, quality, and company policy compliance.
  • Lead project reporting, executive presentations, and senior stakeholder communication.
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams and support procurement, tendering, contractor selection, and negotiations.
  • Ensure commissioning, operational readiness, and handover to the operator or client.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • 15-20 years of project delivery experience, including at least 10 years managing large-scale hospitality and luxury hotel developments.
  • Experience delivering high-end hospitality, resort, luxury hotel, mixed-use, or branded residential projects.
  • Strong background in site operations, contractor management, project controls, cost planning, budgeting, and commercial management.
  • Extensive regional experience within the GCC and Middle East.
  • Knowledge of FIDIC contracts, construction methodologies, project management practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders, consultants, operators, and contractors in complex environments.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
