Role Overview
The Project Director leads end-to-end delivery of international data center projects.
The role oversees project management, construction, commissioning, and handover.
The position is responsible for safe, timely, cost-effective delivery aligned with approved designs, governance, and international standards.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead projects from mobilization through construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Ensure alignment with designs, Employer’s Requirements, governance frameworks, contracts, and authority requirements.
- Develop delivery plans across multiple regions and sites.
- Oversee activities to achieve quality, safety, schedule, and cost targets.
- Coordinate internal teams, contractors, vendors, consultants, and technical teams.
- Chair progress meetings, direct actions, and resolve issues.
- Manage risks, variations, claims, and commercial matters.
