- Experience advising on actual greenfield project development matters
- Sponsor side experience preferred; experience advising lenders, offtakers, governments, contractors also helpful
- Mid or senior associate level

Department Purpose

Role Purpose
- Recruiting a mid or senior associate with construction and project development focus for the Project Development & Construction team.
- Looking for strong experience in EPC/construction contracts, revenue contracts, concessions, and other commercial contracts in energy/infrastructure/project finance context.
- Preference for sponsor side experience; experience advising lenders, offtakers, governments, and contractors also helpful.
