Responsibilities
- Tailor and maintain A&O Shearman's global client relationship programme in collaboration with relationship partners and BD colleagues
- Own the client training and events calendar and lead the execution of A&O Shearman's Middle East signature client events
- Develop and share global best practice in client relationship management
- Strengthen understanding of client base by obtaining feedback on events
- Work closely with Senior CRM Manager and BD colleagues to deliver the client events programme
- Utilise global campaigns with targeted client communications and tailored event marketing
- Provide guidance and practical support to Turkey and Africa with client relationship management and events

- Strong project management skills and a systematic approach
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Experience in managing priority accounts within professional services
- Data driven and analytical

- Excellent attention to detail and high expectations on standards of service
- Strong work ethic and willingness to travel
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and experience using digital marketing technology
- Graduate (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, Economics, Law and/or such

Overview
- CRM Events Manager (12 month FTC) based in Dubai office, part of BD, Marketing & Communications team.
What you will do
- Instil a client relationship driven culture and collaborative approach to client development.
- Tailor and maintain A&O Shearman's global client relationship programme.
- Client development for strategic key client accounts in the Middle East region.
- Develop and share global best practice in client relationship management.
- Own the client training and events calendar and lead execution of Middle East signature client events.
- Strengthen understanding of client base by obtaining feedback on events.
- Work closely with Senior CRM Manager and BD colleagues to deliver client events programme.
